BREAST FEEDING
Breast Feeding is one of the best things which you can provide to your baby. Along with its high beneficial value in the early stages of a child, the process of breast feeding enables to create a much more close bonding with your child being in skin to skin contact. Breast feeding can hardly be left out considering the health benefit of breast milk. It is being recommended among mothers to continue breast feeding their babies until the age of 2 years. Although in some cases, it may not be possible among few mothers to continue so long due to unavoidable occurrence of a few problems. The process of breast feeding involves certain techniques, otherwise it may arise to cause some deformities or pain in the nipples. Again, it need to be make sure that the baby is relaxed enough during the time of breast feeding.
Breast feeding in an incorrect way can lead to end up a baby in taking in more air in comparison to breast milk. It has been found through observations that breast feed babies are much less prone to suffer from gas problems in comparison to bottle feed ones. This is for the reason breast feeding among babies becomes such an important issue.
